Senior Students Registration for the New Academic Year

Those who have completed first year are eligible to register second year and those who have completed second year are eligible to register third year and those who have completed third year ( Special Degree and Honors Degree only ) are eligible to register fourth year respectively for the new academic year 2021/2022.

You can visit the Student Payment System on the University web site (www.sjp.ac.lk) from 22.03.2023 to 03.04.2023 entering your NIC number and obtained account number relevant to you; The registration fee can be paid in cash to any branch of the People's Bank with deposit slip using the above relevant account number. (You need not submit copy of deposit slip or online Payment slip to the Academic Students Affairs, Publication and Examination Division. Please keep it in your possession.)

If you are not registered new academic Year 2021/2022, You will not be eligible to register for the upcoming examinations and will not be paid Mahapola or Bursary payments.

Registration fee Rs.750/-


After deadline (03.04.2023) you have to pay late charges Rs.250/- in addition to registration fee.

Rescheduling the end semester examinations

Dear Student,

Due to the prevailing condition of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, the examinations have been rescheduled from 27th March 2023. The order of the examinations in the timetable remains the same. The new timetable will be shared soon.

Study Leave and Semester II Examinations: Faculty of Applied Sciences

Dear Student,

 As you are aware, the end of the second semester of the current academic year was scheduled for 11th March 2023. The examinations will commence on 20th March 2023, which will not be postponed. The draft timetable has already been circulated. Therefore, please consider the period from 11th to 19th March as the study leave period.
