This is necessary to reset your password when you have forgotten it.

After you have logged in:
  1. Click your name
  2. Click "edit profile"
  3. Type your email address in "email" field.
  4. Type " : - ) " in "description" field below
  5. Click "Update profile" button
How to reset your password
  • Click "Yes, help my log in" button (logon window)
  • Enter your email address (which you have given above) or your username
  • Click OK
