Instructions to Students

 1.      Have a cover page with the

  • Course Name,
  • Course Code,
  • Index Number, clearly written in your own handwriting

 2.      Carefully read the questions and start answering in A4 size ruled paper in your own hand writing.

Write down the index number on each page and number the pages on the top right hand corner of your answer scripts.

 3.      Cameras must be on throughout the examination in a way that the candidate is in the view.

 4.      Any power failure or other interruption should be reported to the number provided to you.

In the event that a student is not in the view even for a short period during the examination, a viva voce examination will be held for the student to verify the authenticity of the answers.
 5.      When the time is up, write the question numbers you answered and the total number of pages on the cover page. When this is done, take photos of the pages using the Camera Scan App in such a manner that the time and location stamps appear outside the answer script just above the top right-hand end of each page. The time stamped on any page should not be later than 15 mins from the end time. Once this is done you will be given additional time to upload all the answer scripts to the LMS.
 6.      Finally, attach all answer scripts together and insert in an envelope to be sent to the Head, Department of Physics by registered post at the earliest convenience. The soft copies and hard copies of all answer scripts should be identical.
 7.      Marks will be deducted from late submissions depending on the delay.
 8.      Any student who is unable to sit for this examination will be allowed to sit for an in-class examination under privileges when the situation in the country improves.
